First Films by OT Directors

An elite few have had the opportunity to direct a Star Wars films. While many are defined by their work in a galaxy far, far away, they all came from somewhere. Those places are all widely varied.

We discuss George Lucas' THX 1138, Irvin Kershner's Stakeout on Dope Street, and Richard Marquand's The Legacy to see what they can tell us about their influence on the franchise.
