In this episode we are diving into Daniel's side of our 30 years of expertise in the health and wellness industry starting with overcoming his sugar addiction. We hear from Daniel, his struggles with a sugar addiction in early childhood and how it affected his mental state. He's sharing what it was like from a younger kid who lived for sugar to struggling into his 20s and figuring out what worked best for him in his 30s ( we  bet it's not what you'll expect!). Now in his early 40s he's rock solid in his devotion to overcoming sugar for his physical, mental & emotional health! He's looking and feeling the best he's ever felt, the whole family is!

As a couple and on our own we have loved learned about our personalities and what makes us tick.
