This week we are joined by Kelsey Rudzinsky, who talks about her journey of shredding the should, battling should shame, healing, discovering, and becoming...and how all of that that led her to leave her job, travel the world, and become the the person she needed when she was younger.
This was SUCH a powerful episode and I’m still in awe of the insight, authenticity and should shredding stories Kelsey shared.
Kelsey describes herself as “an ever- changing being, navigating this human existence and journeying through life! More specifically living right now as a nomad and a space holder, living in service, dedicated to healing myself, others and the universe as a whole!🤗”
This episode was SO good and there is SO much more that we want to cover, you can definitely expect to hear more of Kelsey in the future.
