On the second episode of My Mate's Mental Health, I'll be joined by my mate Rod. Rod and I have a lot of things in common, however one of the most unique things is that we've both worked in prisons.  Along with this, he has also had his own fair share of mental health adversities in life.

We talk about family, friendships, our faith, body image, mental health in jails and loads more. This was such a humbling conversation and I think there's going to be a lot we can all relate to.
