Mr James Rowse had an unfortunate accident during the winter and tore his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). We thought it would be a good Idea to dive into how he is feeling and what strategies he is using to stay positive when this injury has come at an extremely bad time. It has made him incapable of performing the fire fighters physical test, which is something he has been training for since the start of the year.
