The second episode features my current favorite sipping rum, Santa Teresa 1796 Solera Rum. This is a product of Hacienda Santa Teresa, an 8,000 acre estate in the northern part of Venezuela. This rum is aged from 4 to 35 years. It's 40% alcohol by volume, so 80 Proof.
This episode is best enjoyed with a glass of 1796!
