The story of twelve-year-old Peyton Leutner and her two friends, Anissa Weier and Morgan Geyser, as they attempt to kill Peyton in hopes of appeasing the fictional creation called Slenderman. We discuss Peyton, Anissa, and Morgan's friendship prior to the event, the actual attempted murder, and the questioning and the following trial of Anissa and Morgan.
