This episode of Flipping the T features Travel and Transport's senior vice president of human resources, Jim Winterscheid. Jim tells hosts Valeri and Chuck about the company's ESOP program, how Travel and Transport's culture and people have helped it persevere through some difficult times in the travel industry.

He also talks about the employee-launched TandT Strong Facebook group and how it has helped keep employee-owners connected all over the world during the COVID-19 pandemic:

"You have to do it via WebEx, you have to do it via Zoom, and you have to do it via Facebook, but the technology of society allows us to do that. Maybe it doesn't feel quite as alone as we're sheltered there, to know other people are going through this with us - to know that other people care and to know that other people are looking out for us also."
