"Patients First" is a phrase many in healthcare have heard before. In this episode, we explore the difference between "Patients First" and "Patient-Centered Care". We make the case that healthcare must STOP talking about putting "Patients First" and focus on putting patients back at the center of our work (Patient-Centered Care) and the impact it has on patients and the healthcare community.
