Generosity is certainly important for the believer, but I don’t think anyone would ever think it was a life-or-death situation! When it comes to the health of our soul or the health of our Christian community, generosity is extremely important and the story of Ananias and Sapphira shows that. The Spirit is at work within the Christian community, and how we do life together matters.
