Growing up, Susan Brice wasn’t exactly dying to become the boss of cemeteries in our city or any other, but it’s something she’s extremely good at.
Susan is very down to earth, in a community of cemetery managers addicted to puns and in-jokes. Yet ask anywhere, and people will tell you that in the charged emotional context of death and loss, it’s Susan’s intensely practical, compassionate and humane demeanor that makes her such a good ally.
With refreshing clarity and dispassionate understanding of the challenges we face locally and globally, she provides insight into the practical aspects of death and burial we would do well to heed.
There’s only one place in the city you can book a plot ahead of time - listen to find out where!
