In addition, to start this episode Naseem shares a little bit about the psychology of reminiscing and how reflecting on pleasant past memories evokes a sense of resilience for the future in us. 

In the end, we somehow land on a mutual obsessed with "It Takes Two" which isn't even Disney... but if that's wrong, then I don't want to be right.
