25 year old Kevin Bacon left his house on Christmas Eve to meet with some one he met on a dating app, only to be found murdered in the home of that person days later.

This case touched us not only as parents, but as human beings with compassion who cannot comprehend how one person can do something like this to another. Kevins life was stolen from him, and the lives of his family and friends will surely never be the same.

We hope that by keeping Kevin's story out there, that not only can justice be served in the only form we can hope for, but that awareness can help to stop this from happening to some one else, or that changes can be made to protect others in the future.

UPDATE: this podcast was recorded before the release of 911 calls related to the man charged with Kevins murder from the two months preceding. We decided to add the audio of these calls in after our initial recording because we feel they are important to hear, and that if these calls were handled differently that Kevin could still be alive today.
