Eric addresses the tug of war between success and significance and the stigma (especially in the nonprofit world) that you can’t, and shouldn’t, aspire to have both. Culture has taught us that we have to choose a path: chase financial success and sustainable profitability or make a lasting, significant impact on the world and leave it a better place than we found it. 

But it doesn’t have to be that way—these two things can exist together.
