Nate and his family attend the Tulip Parade, a New Year's Day tradition for the Spellings. Unbeknownst to Nate, the Man with the Red Umbrella is also there. As the Man tries to complete his dastardly plan of kidnapping Nate, Nate will unexpectedly discover the power of his imagination.
