Allow me to introduce myself.. no really, FULLY, introduce myself.  It was tough to record this episode because vulnerability and openness were very much necessary.  Being raw and putting it all out there is hard, but it's the first step in breaking down the barriers and walls we have both with each other, and ourselves.  In this episode, you will get to know more about who I am and why I've been inspired to do this podcast.  Thank you for giving me this space to be heard.
