in this episode we're talking about ashtanga yoga. we're talking about Pattabhi Jois, who sexually assaulted and violated countless female yoga practicioners during his time as a yoga teacher. we're talking about one woman's story, and Kino MacGregor's version of events. i also share about how i practice ashtanga primary series, set boundaries, and seek to reconcile what i know about Jois with my continued commitment to the practice.
