He went on to manage college radio at Elektra Records, gaining a deep understanding of the music business.
With his vast knowledge and buzz in the industry, Wayne Ski began working with legendary DJ Marley Marl and became one of the featured producers on Marley's FutureFlavasOnline.com. Wayne Ski's expertise in radio led him to his first FM station, KJMM in Tulsa, OK, where he hosted the afternoon mix.

He has worked with record labels, put together shows for artists, produced music, and started his own company.
