The Cambridge University Women's Boat Club (CUWBC) train 18 hours a week to prepare for one of the most unique and exciting sporting events ever: The Boat Race.

18 Hours a Week is created by Sophie Shapter, who is involved in the CUWBC trialling process as a cox this year.
