In this 5-minute breathwork experience, we are using our breath to release and let go of anything we no longer need. 

Breath Pattern: Blow Breath followed by a Top Hold for 2 rounds. 

Blow Breath: In and out through the mouth, focusing on snapping the belly IN on the exhale. 

Top Hold: Inhaling in through the nose, holding the breath at the top of the inhale.
