The NFL goes something like this:

90 guys come to training camp each year.

53 guys make the team.

So what happens to the other 37 guys from each team who do not make the roster?

 Well, 27 of them are sent home and 10 are asked to sign to: The Practice Squad.

The purpose of our podcast is to shed light on the guys deemed not good enough for the roster, but not bad enough to be sent home.
