Season 1 - Episode 2 ‘Universal Redirection’

Welcome back to Connected & Confident : The Podcast!

This week I am diving into the curious topic of Universal Redirection, aka what happens when *life* takes you in a completely different direction than you wanted it to or were expecting.

It can be frustrating, it can feel scary, and it challenges our sense of control.

And, because we’re human, it's only-too-easy to take that feeling of being out of control, and turn it into a personal failure, and make it mean something about our worth in the world (when it really doesn’t mean that!)

This episode, I share my own experience of universal redirection with the unexpected rebrand of my business, and how I navigated that process to create something wonderful.

I also talk about what we can do when we’re in the midst of it, and how it's possible to thrive with confidence when life throws us a curveball. Ultimately, embracing universal redirection as a part of the journey will make all the difference to you feeling confident and connected to your goals.

It's time to stop fixating on the ‘how’ and the ‘when’, and get comfortable with leaning back, trusting and surrendering to a plan greater than ourselves. And when we do this - the magic really happens!
