This conversation I discuss what self-discovery is and what it means to discover or re-discover oneself. I talk about what a self-sacraficer is and how in that role we often lose ourselves forgetting who we are, what we love while putting out goals, dreams and desires out of sight. I pose thought provoking questions that will make you really sit back and reflect. As I reflect on the self-discovery process, I remind you that this isn't a one time trip of discovery and it's a journey that you may have to partake in multiple seasons of your life.
