Cocktail - The Spotlight Sour

Ingredients:

• 2 oz bourbon
• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
• ½ oz simple syrup
• ½ oz Cointreau (for brightness)
• 1 egg white
• Garnish: orange slice and cherry

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and dry shake to blend the egg white.
• Add ice, then shake again until well chilled and frothy.
• Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
• Garnish with the orange slice and cherry.
