In this week’s episode, we’ll be discussing ‘Welcoming Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Peoples.’ In our newest survey conducted in February 2021, Indeed uncovered that 19% of working Indigenous Australians believe that COVID-19 has made their organisations worse at managing diversity and inclusion. To discuss this troubling stat, we speak with Jacqui Bainbridge, Head of Indigenous Affairs, Diversity and Inclusion at Sodexo. In this episode, Jacqui shares what companies can do to offer Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Peoples opportunities for sustainable employment, career development, training, support, and culturally sensitive work environments.
