Rows to Rooms

Episode 2: What If This Doesn’t Work?

Listen Later

Change can bring excitement, but it can also bring worry.

In this episode of the Rows to Rooms Podcast, Pastor Taylor addresses the concerns many people have expressed as Infuse Church begins transitioning from a traditional Sunday-centered model to a network of microchurches meeting in homes and everyday spaces.

Before jumping into practical answers, Taylor explores something deeper: what does Jesus say about worry itself? Looking at Matthew 6 and the repeated command throughout Scripture to “do not fear,” he invites listeners to bring their concerns to God first before trying to solve every logistical question.

From there, the episode tackles several of the biggest questions people are asking:

  • What about kids and children’s ministry?

  • How will parents continue to grow spiritually?

  • Will microchurch leaders be strong enough?

  • What happens if someone teaches something unbiblical?

  • Will we still gather together as a larger church?

While this episode doesn’t answer every question, it begins an honest conversation about what changes and what doesn’t. The gospel, the authority of Scripture, leadership, and accountability remain the same — even as the structure of church life evolves.

Ultimately, the goal isn’t simply to change formats. The goal is to grow into deeper relationships, stronger discipleship, and a church that lives out the mission of Jesus together.
