In this episode I not only break down what is a seller's market, but I explain its counterparts: a buyer's market, and a normal market.  I then further this discussion to explain my viewpoints on why I think we have been in a seller's market for so long, and why I think it will continue.  But remember from last episode, don't let this scare you...if you have the ability to buy and are wanting to do so...then do it!
