Episode 2: What is “The System?”

Our slogan is “Fitness Is Fighting the System,” but what exactly do we mean by “Fit?” And who are we referring to as “The System?” In this episode, I’m go over the importance of physical fitness, circulatory/cardiovascular fitness, nutritional fitness, mental fitness and emotional fitness. These things are all important cogs in the machine that is our body of wellness and should be maintained regularly! From there, I describe what we perceive as “the System,” that benefits in some way from our being obese, lethargic and indifferent. Maintaining the many different elements of fitness in an attempt to prevent authoritative systems from capitalizing on our illnesses is VERY punk rock and the core tenant on which this brand stands!
