In this episode, I will be joined by Beth Simmons and Sophie Reuben, two first-year Durham students. Exercise plays an important role for both Sophie and Beth in their lives, from dancing to yoga. I will be talking to them about the importance of finding their “ why” for exercise and the crucial role it plays in maintaining a healthy relationship with exercise, food and their body image. We will discuss topics from body image and self-talk to the best ways to create good habits and a routine.
