The essential qualities of a leader…

* He knows where he is going. Confidence.

* He has fun and efficiency getting there. Competence.

* He is emotionally intelligent.

* He has force of personality. An edge.

If you notice, these are the qualities of an attractive man in general. For me, masculinity and leadership are synonymous.

Yes, there are many other qualities of a good man and good leader. And I believe any “formula” is insufficient.
