You were patient with our delays, our excuses and our endless whoring on Twitter.
Now, you shall be rewarded! Episode 2* is finally here after over a month-long hiatus. The reasons for our delays between episodes one and two were numerous… but to eloquently sum it up, let’s just say “Finals Suck”.
Now that school is over, our schedules are more steady, and two of us are graduated (hurray!), our episodes should be much, much more timely in the future. Please believe us! Now onto this week’s episode…
You Shall Not Cast – Episode 2
This week, the mighty podcasters will discuss J.J. Abrams’ Star Trek, Star Wars: Episodes 1-3, Drew’s “Racial Intolerance Week” (Amistad, Crash, Hotel Rwanda), Box Office Wrap-Up, Jack Sparrow as Frank Sinatra, Kevin Smith’s new project (again), character analysis of Mighty Ducks, a new director for Conan, Keanu Reeves playing two roles exactly the same in the same movie, and (a lack of) excitement for Angels and Demons.
On the gaming side, we discuss exploring the Capitol Wasteland in Fallout 3, re-visiting Mirror’s Edge, disc read errors 50 hours into a game, the appeal of flocking virtual sheep, playing with (rag)dolls, Commandos of the bionic variety, downloadable games, awesome trailers with shit, awesome trailers with horses, Modern Warfare 2 vs. hating freedom, a fond farewell to Rogue Squadron, and some gabbin’ about JRPGs.
