Today we’re sitting down to talk with Alana Gentry, also known as Alana Banana, children’s music artist from the Alana Banana Show.  Alana is a foster mom. She also helps grownups connect with themselves and give themselves permission to do things they love every day.  When people feel better, it influences those around us, especially the little ones.  Through her podcast Inspired Grownups with Alana Banana, Alana helps parents find more presence in their daily lives.
