During episode 2, Brad and I discuss the way that WordPress 3.7 and 3.8 is being developed as “feature plugins”, as well as going in-depth with what some of the planned new features are. We also take a few minutes to walk through how we built the Apply Filters site, the theme and plugins used and the amount of time we spent on it. Lastly we discuss some of our own contributions to WordPress core and our experiences with those contributions.
