Playing on the Private Detective genre that was popular during the Radio Drama era, the plot takes a fun twist when Johnny Doughrty gets carried away speeding down back roads at night. Naturally he was going too fast and gets into a car accident… but not to worry, all the passengers are unharmed, and of course there is no reason to call the police.
