In this episode, our host Jakeel and featured guest Jake, current Black graduate student, reflect on microaggressions and the impacts it has on their educational journey. They reminisce on some of the educational experiences they’ve had which involve occurrences of microaggressions. They also talk about the ways in which they have coped, responded, and avoided these situations when attending or working in academia.
