On this episode of Dock Talk, Zak is joined by Alice McNamara! Alice is a decorated rower,and stair climber as well as sports medicine physician. Alice represented Australia internationally for 11 seasons, and won back to back gold medals at the Rowing World Championships in 2007 and 2008, among other top placings.

More recently, Alice is spearheading research in female athlete specific research studies with the goal of better understanding and supporting elite female athletes through their training journeys. We are excited to have her on the podcast to talk about her wide array of experiences and research!
