Mike sits down with CEO, Jason Harris, to discuss a heavy and almost taboo topic in the real estate industry….. flood insurance. In all seriousness, there are “41 million properties [in the US] that are at risk of flooding” and only “1 in 6 have any kind of coverage”. Luckily there is Jason and his team who hope to shed light on a seemingly scary situation as well as bring relief to real estate professionals and homeowners who may come face-to-face with this predicament.
