Are you a big tipper?  Do you always tip your nail girl, the masseuse, and the food delivery person? Do you tip your mail carrier or the garbage people during the holidays?  We're sharing our horrible tipping stories and trying to decide what does and doesn't need a big fat tip to get the best service.
