That curiosity ultimately led him to his current role as Global Innovation Manager for RotoMetrics, as well as an IADD TechTeam expert. Seeing how quickly the diecutting industry grew from stickers to cartons, Butch turned his focus to developing new products and solutions to increase his customers' profitability.
