Cole Clayton is an Osteopath with a special interest in the utilisation of various breathing techniques to achieve meaningful therapeutic benefit for his clients. Over the last 10 years, Cole has been teaching people from around the world about how to take control of their breath to improve their overall health and wellbeing. He has since developed his own method called "Baseline Breathing", which helps people understand the how, where, why, what and when of breath work.
