In this episode, Tierney talks to her friend Erica Trudell about her path from new age spirituality to accepting Jesus as her Lord and Savior. Erica is a fitness professional with over 18 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Aquatics Instructor, and Corrective Exercise Specialist, and owner of TruResults Fitness, a private training gym in Phoenix, Arizona. She shares her journey of hitting her lowest point when in an instant, her business was decimated with the 2020 shutdown, trying to cope on her own strength with no success, and how complete surrender to the Lord turned it all around.

We have all sinned and fallen short of God's glory, but that's where we find grace and forgiveness. And if we accept His free gifts, give our burdens over to Him, God shows up in ways that are beyond anything we could ever imagine!
