In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing how to find your peace and tranquility through being alone with yourself. A lot of people are going to be in shock about what I’m getting ready to say. But as someone who’s going through the journey as we speak, I can honestly tell you that being alone is not as bad as you may think that it is. As a matter of fact, I found my peace and tranquility through being alone. no I’m not gonna lie. The journey has not been easy, but when I think about the way, the world is right now as far as relationships and all aspects, it makes me glad that I am alone right now. The way I’ve been able to heal, and recover without having people trying to get me to go down a different path than what God has put me on, it’s not something I would trade for anything. And as a certified recovery life coach is going through this journey, path, and purpose of healing and recovery in my own life, I can tell you that I have learned more since being alone, than I have being around people personally. So I wanted to share my journey with you guys today, as far as what I’ve learned so far through this journey of isolation, hibernation, and a cocoon stage to heal myself in all aspects of my life
