This time, we have the pleasure to introduce you to our new colleague Rita Gil Mata,  who took the role of Head of EU Funding in Magellan this June. With a brilliant academic and professional career in the fields of research and funding, Rita was recently elected as Ordinary Board Member of EARMA - European Association of Research Managers and Administrators. We talk about the challenges associated with Horizon Europe, in contrast with Horizon 2020, and Magellan's participation in this new programme.
