This week we wrap up our focus on health with bringing it back to our mindset. We will get the chance to look at a few scriptures to help us shift our focus and reframe our thoughts about ourselves. Here are the verses I share in the episode and I encourage you to write them down and allow yourself to reflect and maybe even memorize them.
Philippians 4:8 - "Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things."
Proverbs 4:23 "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it."
2 Corinthians 10:5 - "We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ."
Romans 12:2 - "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will."
