James Kanoff is a co-founder of The Farmlink Project, and co-founder and CEO of Terradot. The Farmlink Project connects farms with surplus to food banks to feed people in need. They have rescued 165,000,000 lbs of food, prevented 248,453 metric tons of CO2e Emissions, and delivered 137,500,000 meals. James shares about starting The Farmlink Project with some friends who just wanted to do something to help during the pandemic, how it grew into a nationwide movement, and his vision for the future of food.
