In this episode I am joined by my eldest sister, Gift. She is a makeup artist pursuing fashion makeup. She dropped a lot of wisdom in this episode and shares some personal stories.

We discuss what moving from Scotland to Saskatoon was like for her at age 15. Then what her experience was like moving as an adult at age 21 from Saskatoon to Vancouver to pursue her dream of becoming a makeup artist. She has been to a few post secondary schools along the way.

Gift also talks about the condition endometriosis, which she has been living with for a few years now. She talks about her potentially fatal incident, her surgery and how it effects her daily life. By discussing this she hopes to spread awareness (1 in 10 women suffer from this condition) in order to help women catch early signs and get the help they need. This is a condition that is still relatively new in the medical world, and there is currently no cure for it.
