When it comes to bodybuilding and fitness competitions it is somewhat controversial in the natural health industry. In fact, this is how I ended up my sickest with acute liver failure and a range of other concerns. However, this was my personal experience and today I wanted to shine a light on this sport, as it is a sport. While I did have a negative experience there were also many positive ones and I see a lot of cases, when done properly, they thrive in both body and mind.
Today I have invited Chrissy O’Connor who has been conquering the 50+ womens fitness world for some time now. She is a Figure Master and Pro Card Holder who loves this sport and you can really see her thrive both on and off stage.
