This week I actually brought back two guests from earlier episodes, I had on the outstanding duo of Kara Winger and Ariana Ince

It was fun to catch up with them as they have been living together in Colorado and training for the past 3 months

The focus of this episode was “things they wish they knew” and “transitioning from college to post-collegiate meets”

We talked about getting sponsors, finding meets (and being nice to the meet directors), as well as best way to fall asleep on long flights plus much, much more!
