Today we are exploring a couple cocktails from the windy city: Chicago! Tyler walks us through some cocktails and brings out some of the worst shots possible at the end. In between each drink, we rate them, discuss them, and then let the conversation flow into a whole bunch of nonsense.

1. Chicago Fizz
- 2oz Rum- 1oz Tawny Port
- .5oz Lemon Juice
- .25oz Simple Syrup- 1 Egg White- Top w/ Soda Water
2. Southside
- 2oz Gin
- .75oz Lime Juice
- .5oz Simple Syrup- Mint
