Welcome Shonte Thomas to the Blue, Gold & BLACK Podcast. Shonte serves the students of UCR as the Associate Dean of Students of the Ethnic and Gender Centers. In this episode, Shonte talks to us about her upbringing and how it shaped her outlook on education. As an alumn of the UC system, she is well equipped to advocated for students, especially students that have been historically underrepresented within the UC system.
